Vicky Barnard

Hi, I’m Vicky, my Health Coaching programmes focus on helping clients gain more energy and reach a healthy weight and waistline. It may be common to feel tired all the time but it is not normal. I believe that every person should wake-up everyday feeling energised.

 

When I work with clients, we often start with sleep, more specifically, sleep hygiene. We then make lifestyle and dietary changes that are practical and sustainable. Carrying extra fat around the waist isn’t something any of us like. However, it isn’t just about looking good, belly fat (visceral fat) is not healthy. Reducing visceral fat can significantly reduce your disease risk, improve health and your quality of life. I help clients reach a healthy weight for their bodies and more specifically, a healthy waistline. I am a foodie, I love food and everything to do with food!

 

I help clients discover food that will nourish, energise and heal their bodies and that really tastes good too. The programmes are tailor-made to each person’s unique situation, with the focus on real food; no shakes, pills or solutions that promise a quick-fix which doesn’t last.

 

Programmes are online: 8 weeks (6 sessions) or 10 weeks (8 sessions), in either English or Afrikaans. My programmes are hands-on; I look at food diaries, meal planning, lifestyle factors, life stage, time management, etc. all leading to more energy and a healthy body.
