You will notice improved sleep, concentration and weight loss. By balancing your hormones with the right nutrition, you will increase your energy levels, enabling you to be more active.
My programmes run for either 6/ 8/12 weeks including a health & energy assessment, a mix of online/in-person 1:1 sessions, weekly food and mood diary and weekly check-ins. You can book an online complimentary 40-minute coaching session through my website.
