I work with people who feel worn down by stress, low energy, and the sense that their health is slipping through the cracks. Many of my clients are busy professionals who give so much to their work and families that their own wellbeing ends up last on the list. When we meet, they’re often tired, frustrated, and ready for a change - but not sure where to begin.
I help them rebuild their health in a simple, sustainable way. Together we focus on balancing blood sugar, calming the stress response, improving sleep, and creating habits that genuinely fit their lives. Clients often tell me they feel lighter, clearer, more in control, and more themselves again.
My 4–12 week programmes include personalised guidance, practical tools, and steady support. I work online, in English, with clients across South Africa and beyond.
