I work with women of all ages who feel overwhelmed, low in energy, stressed, or disconnected from their bodies. Many of my clients struggle with weight management, chronic fatigue, or fluctuating hormones that are beginning to affect their daily lives and confidence. Through personalised 1:1 and group wellness coaching, I help women rebuild trust with their bodies, balance their energy, manage stress, and create sustainable habits that support long-term well-being.
My programmes run over 4, 6, or 8 weeks and include guidance on nutrition, sleep, movement, stress management, and lifestyle balance. Clients receive practical tools, emotional support, and accountability to help them feel confident, vibrant, and empowered again. I work online with clients across South Africa and internationally, offering sessions in English.
