My mission is to help people move from burnout to brilliance by restoring balance, energy and wellbeing through lifestyle and mindset health coaching. My Clients feel empowered, energised and ready to take on the world after our sessions together. We explore the foundations of nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep and mindset and find the right solution specific to each person so that they can make enjoyable and long-lasting, sustainable changes.
I offer individual sessions, a power hour and a 4 week and 8 week programme depending on where you are right now and where you want to be. I also offer corporate wellness workshops.
