I work with people in midlife and beyond who want to restore their energy, vitality and wellbeing without overwhelm or guesswork.Through gentle, supportive coaching I will help you to discover where you want to be, what you want your health and wellness to look like and how we can use small, sustainable changes to achieve those goals, and make changes that last. I work with people over a 4, 6 or 10 week programme of one-to-one coaching over zoom.
I take a whole-life approach, and we will start where you are at and work out from there. I believe that health and wellness isn't about perfection or extremes, it's about the everyday decisions that we make all the time, and I encourage my clients to make the best decisions that they can in a way that aligns with their life.
