At my health and lifestyle coaching practice in Oxford, I support women aged 40+ to take control of their well-being and create meaningful, lasting change. Working online or face to face, we take a holistic look at your health, clarify what you truly want, and build a personalised plan to get there.

 

My vision is to empower you to make healthier choices, overcome self-doubt, and develop a positive relationship with food and your body. Through client led coaching, education, and mindset shifts, you’ll build sustainable habits that help you feel fantastic without giving up your favourite foods.

 

This proactive approach supports weight loss without cravings or deprivation, while improving digestion, sleep, mood, energy, and confidence. Week by week, small changes build into lasting success. With my nutrition expertise and coaching frameworks, you’ll have both accountability and encouragement.
