Hi, I am Marelie and in my practice, I focus on how to make a healthy way of eating and living a reality.
My method is to use small steps, applied on a continuous basis to bring about a sustainable health transformation, using a well-tested eating plan, that fits into your budget and lifestyle, and makes change achievable and enjoyable!
I love to work with people who want to get clarity on what the next steps are to improve their health. I have designed my programmes to link lifestyle, food, and exercise choices, thus creating synergy for a sustainable process.
These programmes are flexible but consist mainly of the following options:
4 weeks -Starter pack: ‘Where am I and what are my barriers?’
6 weeks -Follows the 4-week program to strengthen new healthy habits & ways of living.
10 weeks option 1 -Vitality program: includes topics like Hormone health, Cravings, Exercise, Aging & Body Image.
10 weeks option 2 - Wellness program: during this program we will look at Optimal Nutrition for the mind, Reading your body and Relationship with food to name but a few.
12 weeks -Super-health program: Digestion, Heart Health & Immunity are some of the topics included in this health & transformation journey.
