I work with busy people whose energy, stress levels and overall wellbeing have taken a hit from the pace of modern life. I work particularly with teachers and other professionals who are juggling demanding workloads, long hours and constant pressure—often leaving them exhausted, overwhelmed and unsure how to prioritise their own health. I also support women in their 40s who are navigating hormonal changes that are beginning to affect their energy, mood, weight and daily routines. My coaching focuses on simple, sustainable lifestyle changes that help you feel more energised, more balanced and more in control. Together, we look at the foundations of wellbeing—blood sugar balance, stress management, sleep, movement, mindset and nourishing routines—and build habits that fit realistically into your life. Clients I've worked with have reported feeling calmer, more focused, more confident in their food choices and far better equipped to manage the demands of their day.
I offer 4 and 8 week programmes that provide personalised guidance, weekly check-ins, practical tools and ongoing support to help you create lasting change.
