I work with people who want to improve their health, energy and performance in the context of demanding professional and personal lives. My clients are often balancing high levels of responsibility with limited time, and are seeking a structured, sustainable approach to wellbeing.
My work draws on over 30 years’ experience in senior policing, alongside formal qualifications including an MSc in Policing, Leadership and Management. I take an evidence-informed approach, integrating behaviour change, physiology and leadership practice.
Through Virtusium Performance Health Ltd, I offer 1:1 coaching, leadership-focused wellbeing programmes and organisational support. Areas of focus include energy management, resilience, stress regulation, nutrition, movement and recovery. The aim is to create practical, durable change that enhances both personal health and professional effectiveness.
