I work with new and existing mums to empower them to take back control for their health and wellbeing. Whether its avoiding the mid morning slump or learning to manage the daily stressors of life, I can help you create meaningful and lasting change that include healthy lifestyle habits that keep you motivated and thriving. Not to mention full of energy!

 

I offer a variety of packes ranging from 4-6 weeks to 8-12 weeks and my signature package is aimed at supporting mums to return to work after parental leave.

 

I work mostly online as it also lowers the barrier to access support by eliminating the need to physically attend a session. This is especially beneficial for busy mothers who may struggle to find the time or resources to attend face-to-face sessions.
