I create bespoke programmes of 5/8/12 sessions that provide the support, guidance and accountability to define, focus and attain your health aims. To regain balance, get back your energy, reach your optimal weight, reduces stress and plan for a healthy future.
I work mainly online but also in person to those based locally. We always start with a complimentary Health and Energy Review, it allows us to get to know each other and discuss if coaching is the right way forward for you.
