Hormonal activity plays a significant role in our bodies. As a health coach, I help clients explore the root causes of their feelings, identify what’s missing, and implement changes to improve their well-being. Hormonal imbalances often play a key role in affecting mood, decision-making, diet, and motivation.
I primarily work with women experiencing perimenopause and can relate to how they feel and how their bodies are affected by estrogen imbalances. Many women struggle with weight loss, encounter sleep disturbances, experience a lack of motivation and energy, and deal with brain fog.
Together, we will explore the key principles of wellness and optimal health, focusing on their physiology, lifestyle behaviors, and nutritional approaches that promote blood sugar balance. My clients will feel energized, confident in their bodies and minds, and in control of who they are and who they want to be. They can start living their best lives!
