Ceylan Onay
I work with people over 30 who feel stuck in a cycle of trying hard but still feeling unfulfilled — whether that shows up in their weight, career, relationships, self-image, or everyday decision-making.
Many of my clients describe feeling as though they are “doing all the right things,” yet still not feeling happy, confident, or fully themselves. Through my counselling and health coaching approach, I help you explore the patterns behind Emotional Eating — understanding how emotions, stress, and past experiences influence your relationship with food, habits, and self-care.
Alongside this, I bring my background in fashion and retail management to support you in exploring Emotional Dressing — uncovering how your clothing choices reflect how you feel about yourself, and how they can either reinforce or shift your identity and confidence. Together, we look beneath surface behaviours to understand what is really driving your choices.
