I’m Caroline.
I work with men and women who are becoming increasingly concerned about their health as they’re getting older.
I run three programmes, online or in person, which offer guidance about energy restoring foods using a blood sugar balancing approach, which can then be maintained. My clients will see a reduction in weight, more energy and less joint pain.
The first is ‘Recharge’, a 4 week programme designed to give you back strength and vitality.
The 'Restore' programme is 6-8 sessions. To help promote longevity allowing you to maintain a balanced healthy approach to middle age;
And the 8- 12 week ‘Rejuvenate’ programme gives a higher level of support to those who would like to achieve more sustained weight loss.
