Through my Balanced to Thrive coaching programmes, I help women create simple, sustainable habits that support balanced energy, better sleep, and lasting confidence. My 4-, 8-, and 12-week programmes combine evidence-based tools in nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, and mindset to build a strong foundation for lifelong health.
