As a Lifestyle Medicine Health & Wellness Coach, I use practical, evidence-based strategies to address the root causes of disease and help clients build sustainable habits that support long-term, whole-person wellbeing.
With 24 years of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist, I bring extensive knowledge of movement, rehabilitation, and preventative care into my coaching. This combination enables me to help clients improve their medical risk factors while also improving movement, daily function, confidence, longevity, and overall quality of life.
Through one-on-one online coaching, I guide clients step by step toward reducing health risks, developing lasting lifestyle changes, and moving toward less reliance on chronic medication in partnership with their healthcare providers.
