I help women (and their families) to lose weight, reduce stress, increase energy, eat for health and to feel strong and confident in their body whilst understanding how to support their hormonal health. I help families create tools and strategies to improve mood and overall wellbeing. 

 

With 9 years experience as a personal trainer, and yoga instructor, I am able to help you overcome barriers that you may have when it comes to exercise and living to your full potential. 

 

I offer a mixture of online or face to face sessions, group coaching and workshops.
