My name is Dr Sonia Russell EdD. I am a Health, Life and Wellbeing Coach with a focus on Stress, Weight Management, and Mental Wellbeing. I work with clients who can rest assured that they are working with a coach who has also faced difficult experiences but has learned how to overcome them with resilience and positive thinking.
I use my knowledge, experiences and skills gained from my qualifications, and different roles in education, life and health coaching to empower, motivate and inspire my clients.
My 12-week stress management programme is for clients, individually and in groups, who want to learn about stress management, lifestyle and mental wellbeing strategies that can help to reverse burnout, manage their weight, have more energy, obtain a better quality of sleep, avoid or reduce often preventable chronic lifestyle conditions, and ultimately regain their health.
